The announcement comes in a milestone year for Burckhardt of Switzerland AG, which is celebrating its 85th anniversary. Founded in Switzerland and family-owned in its third generation, Burckhardt has built a global reputation for quality, innovation, and long-term customer partnerships. R.K.Texparts, a second-generation family-owned company since more than 40 years, shares the same long-term values and commitment to excellence.

Burckhardt of Switzerland AG will continue to operate a highly automated production facility and a dedicated Excellence Center in Switzerland.
