Cold Needle Perforating Machine B-SMART

Entry level cold perforating unit for working width up to 1650mm and pin density up to 25pins/cm2

The B-SMART has been designed for cold application only and is available in three standard dimensions 850mm / 1300mm / 1650mm. Moreover, the range of application for this non-driven unit has been limited for pin densities up to 25 p/cm2. Due to the very small overall dimension it offers a variety of possibilities for integration into production lines as a non-driven system.

The simple but sophisticated pin penetration depth adjustment with digital figures, can easily be used on both sides from the outside. And as there is just a simple integrated pneumatic system but no electrical components nor control unit the unit can easily be installed in place and immediately be taken into operation.

As usual, we aim at maximising easy-to-use functions. For example, changing/removing the perforating roller from above only requires loosening 2 screws. Then, due to the unique Burckhardt design sliding brackets and its low weight, the pinned roller can be lifted out alone by one operator.
